        NO,Teeth whitening doesn't work on all teeth.If the teeth colour is changed due to tartar and has mild stains due to fluoride and it is yellowish colour, responds well to bleaching.
         If the tooth stain is brown [eg-severe discolouration due to fluoride] responds less.
         And if the tooth colour is grey due to trauma [death teeth], medications, fillings on tooth bleaching doesn't work at all.
        The person with sensitivity, crowns and veneers if have teeth discolouration bleaching not at all recommended.

HOW DOES TEETH WHITENING WORKS:

            Teeth whitening agents consists bleaching and non bleaching types.Teeth whitening bleaching products consists of either one of the two bleaches as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide which acts as oxidising agents.These agents oxidise the stains [breaks the stains] on tooth and lighten the tooth colour.

            Whitening Mouthwashes consists of very low concentrated hydrogen peroxide,which helps to remove surface stains from teeth along with freshening breath and reducing dental plaque.
  • Whitening Toothpaste
         Normally toothpastes consists of mild abrasive agents which helps to remove surface stains. Whitening toothpaste doesn't contain any bleaching agents,instead of bleaching agents it contains some polishing gents and more abrasive agents in tooth paste which helps to remove stains from teeth.

Laser-Assisted Tooth Bleaching
In Laser tooth whitening along with hydrogen peroxide laser whitening gel is used,which has a unique mix of thermal absorption crystals.When laser beam is applied these crystals in gel breakdown and removes stain from teeth.
And this Laser teeth whitening has less side effects than tradition bleaching methods. 

HOW LONG WILL TEETH WHITENING STAY:

 It varies from person to person,and depends upon the persons age,habits and life style.
